राफेल डील मामले में सरकार को बड़ा झटका, कोर्ट में रखे गए दस्तावेज मान्य- सुप्रीम कोर्ट

नई दिल्ली। राफेल डील (Rafale Deal) मामले में केंद्र सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) से बड़ा झटका लगा है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने राफेल डील मामले में पुनर्विचार याचिकाओं पर केंद्र सरकार की प्रारंभिक आपत्तियों को खारिज कर दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि जो दस्तावेज पेश किए गए थे, वे मान्य हैं। इसके पहले सरकार ने याचिकाकर्ताओं द्वारा जमा किए गए दस्तावेजों विशेषाधिकार का दावा किया था और मांग की थी कि ये याचिका खारिज की जाए। राफेल डील मामले में पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री यशवंत सिन्हा, अरुण शौरी और वकील प्रशांत भूषण ने 14 दिसंबर के सुप्रीम कोर्ट फैसले के रिव्यू के लिए अर्जी दाखिल की थी।
