आर्टिकल 370 पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट की संविधान पीठ अक्टूबर में करेगी सुनवाई

नई दिल्ली। जम्मू-कश्मीर से आर्टिकल 370 हटाए जाने के खिलाफ 14 याचिकाओं पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज सुनवाई हुई। इनमें से कुछ याचिकाएं कश्मीर में लगी पाबंदियों के खिलाफ दायर की गई थी, जबकि कुछ पुनर्गठन के खिलाफ थी। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इस मामले पर केंद्र सरकार को नोटिस जारी किया है। साथ हो कोर्ट ने कहा कि आर्टिकल 370 से संबंधित याचिकाओं पर अक्टूबर में संविधान पीठ सुनवाई करेगी। सीजेआई रंजन गोगोई की अगुवाई वाली बेंच ने इन याचिकाओं पर आज सुनवाई की।
