फिजिकल रिलेशन सहमति की उम्र 16 करने की SC में याचिका, कुंडली मिसमैच पर शादी तोड़ने पर कोर्ट सख्त

The Court examined whether refusal to marry after a promise amounts to an offence, especially when consent was involved. Meanwhile, a petition has reportedly been filed in the Supreme Court seeking reduction of the legal age of consent from 18 to 16 years.
