नई दिल्ली। पिछले कुछ महीनों से राजनीति का केंद्र बने राफेल विवाद पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फैसला सुना दिया है। 36 राफेल फाइटर जेट की खरीद मामले की कोर्ट की निगरानी में जांच की मांग वाली याचिकाओं को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने खारिज कर दिया है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि राफेल सौदे में कोई विशेष कमी नहीं है। केंद्र के फैसले पर सवाल उठाना ठीक नहीं होगा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि विमान की क्षमता पर शक करना ठीक नहीं।
इसके पहले चीफ जस्टिस रंजन गोगोई, जस्टिस एसके कौल और जस्टिस केएम जोसेफ की बेंच ने पौने 4 घंटे लंबी सुनवाई के बाद 14 नवंबर को अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था।
