इटली दौरे पर प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi और इटली की प्रधानमंत्री Giorgia Meloni ने भारत-इटली संबंधों को “स्पेशल स्ट्रैटेजिक पार्टनरशिप” तक बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया। दोनों नेताओं ने व्यापार, रक्षा, AI, स्वच्छ ऊर्जा, स्पेस और टेक्नोलॉजी सहयोग पर चर्चा की। 2025-2029 संयुक्त रणनीतिक कार्ययोजना को भविष्य की साझेदारी का नया रोडमैप बताया गया। यूक्रेन और पश्चिम एशिया संकट पर भी दोनों देशों ने संवाद और कूटनीति पर जोर दिया। During his Italy visit, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni announced the elevation of India-Italy ties to a “Special Strategic Partnership.” The two leaders held talks on trade, defence, AI, clean energy, space, and technology cooperation. The 2025-2029 Joint Strategic Action Plan was described as a new roadmap for future collaboration. Both sides also stressed dialogue and diplomacy over the conflicts in Ukraine and West Asia.
