The farewell jou ey will begin in Tehran, move through Qom, travel to Iraq's holy cities of Najaf and Karbala, and conclude at the Imam Reza Shrine in Mashhad. Millions of mou ers, inte ational delegations, religious leaders and political figures are expected to attend the ceremonies, making it one of the largest commemorative events in Iran's mode history.
