अमृतसर ट्रेन हादसा LIVE: 61 लोगों की मौत, प्रशासन ने जारी किए हेल्पलाइन नंबर
अमृतसर। पंजाब के अमृतसर में दशहरे के मौके पर रावण दहन के दौरान मची भगदड़ के बाद ट्रेन की चपेट में आने से अब तक 61 से लोगों की मौत हो गई। हादसा जोड़ा रेल फाटक के पास उस वक्त हुआ जब पठानकोट से अमृतसर जा रही डेमू ट्रेन गुजर रही थी। मरने वालों में ज्यादातर लोग उत्तर प्रदेश और बिहार के लोग हैं। मौके पर कम से कम 300 लोग मौजूद थे। रावण दहन के वक्त पटाखों की तेज आवाज के कारण ट्रेन का हॉर्न लोगों को नहीं सुनाई पड़ा। इसकी वजह से यह हादसा हो गया। घटना के बाद पंजाब सरकार की ओर से मृतकों के परिजनों के लिए पांच-पांच लाख रुपये मुआवजे का ऐलान किया गया है।
