Live: केरल में बारिश से बिगड़े हालात, 12 को राजनाथ सिंह करेंगे दौरा
इडुक्की। केरल में भारी बारिश के बाद पेरियार नदी के जलस्तर बढ़ने से बाढ़ आ गई है। नदी के जलस्तर बढ़ने के कारण इडुक्की डैम के गेट को खोलने का फैसला किया गया था। लगातार हो रही बारिश और बाढ़ के कारण केरल के कई इलाके पानी में डूब गए हैं। अब तक भारी बारिश और भूस्खलन के कारण 26 लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं। बाढ़ के कारण कोझिकोड़-वालायर रेल ट्रैक को भारी नुकसान हुआ है। गुरुवार को कोझिकोड़ इलाके में एक मकान जमींदोज हो गया था। बारिश को देखते हुए केरल राज्य विद्युत बोर्ड ने रेड अलर्ट जारी किया है। अलपुझा में शनिवार को होने वाली सालाना नेहरू बोट रेस स्थगित कर दी गई है जबकि NDRF की टीमें भी राहत और बचाव कार्य में जुटी हैं।
