What is the HR Ticketing System?

Our new system is a centralized platform where you can submit queries,requests, or issues related to HR matters, such as: • Benefits• Leave and attendance• Policies and procedures• Employee relations, letter requests and support• Statutory - PF/ ESI and etc

*1. How to Access:* You can access the HR ticketing systemvia SAP Success Factors. Simply log in using your Gsuit credentials. *2. How It Works:* The system allows you to submit tickets for variousHR-related matters such as benefits, leave requests, policy questions, andmore. Once a ticket is submitted, it will be assigned to the appropriate HRteam member for resolution.
