CBI vs CBI: आलोक वर्मा CBI डायरेक्टर बहाल पर कोई नीतिगत फैसला लेने से SC ने रोका
नई दिल्ली। केंद्र सरकार द्वारा छुट्टी पर भेजे जाने के फेसले के खिलाफ सीबीआई निदेशक आलोक वर्मा की अर्जी पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आज फैसला सुना दिया। सरकार को झटका देते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने छुट्टी पर भेजे जाने के आदेश को निरस्त कर दिया। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि आलोक वर्मा अपने पद पर बने रहेंगे लेकिन कोई नीतिगत फैसला नहीं ले पाएंगे। इस फैसले के बाद आलोक वर्मा की 75 दिनों के बाद सीबीआई में वापसी हो गई है।
इससे पहले दिसंबर में हुई सुनवाई के दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने सभी पक्षों को सुनने के बाद अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया था। सीबीआई निदेशक आलोक वर्मा और विशेष निदेशक राकेश अस्थाना के बीच छिड़ी जंग सार्वजनिक होने के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने पिछले साल 23 अक्टूबर को दोनों अधिकारियों को अवकाश पर भेजने का निर्णय किया था। इस मामले के सामने के आने के बाद देश में सीबीआई जैसी संस्था की साख पर सवाल उठाए जाने लगे थे।
